RR Living is seeking an experienced Service Technician in Corpus Christi to perform a range of maintenance tasks across the community. The role covers make-readies, plumbing, pool care, carpentry, painting and grounds work, with a focus on safety and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience required.
• HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification preferred or willing to obtain CPO.
• On-call responsibilities may be required to handle emergencies.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expedite make-ready maintenance and perform basic repairs.
• Plumbing: fix dripping faucets and clean lines; maintain AC units.
• Pool maintenance: backwash, vacuum, and chemical checks.
• Carpentry: repair doors, flooring, and related structures.
• Painting: repair drywall and apply finish coats as needed.
• Grounds maintenance and general upkeep across the property.
• Expedite service requests while maintaining tenant relations.
