The ideal candidate has experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and demonstrates reliable, on-call availability and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining apartments, hotels, or similar environments.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and on-call availability.
• EPA Certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, common areas, and building systems.
• Handle work orders promptly including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize issues and extend equipment life.
• Assist with unit turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaning for new residents.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in an organized manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies.

• Reliable transportation and ability to be on-call for emergencies
