Job summary

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join Chandler Park Apartment Home in Houston, TX. You will perform make-readies, maintain pools and grounds, and respond to after-hours emergencies, ensuring high-quality service for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of multifamily maintenance experience, with skills in plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. This on-site role includes on-call rotation, weather-ready duties, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Previous painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, pool and spa maintenance.
• Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service requests, callbacks, and work orders are completed promptly.
• Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets and turn vacant apartments.
• Maintain pools, spas, and overall grounds and maintenance shop.
• Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
