Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition and operations of our multifamily communities. You will handle work orders, unit turns, and routine repairs while delivering excellent resident service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-call shifts. Local candidates with a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day work orders and unit turns.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and after-hours on a rotating basis.
• Support curb appeal and safety inspections, and assist with capital projects as needed.
