Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Palace Apartments in Reno, NV. You will perform general maintenance tasks, respond to tenant requests within 24 hours, and help keep common areas clean and safe. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and aims to have apartments rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.

On-site position with competitive hourly pay of $22.00-$24.00 DOE and opportunities for growth within a growing multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and situations.
Ability to work independently and flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and communicate effectively with residents.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance and custodial work.
Maintain exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of common areas.
Assist with pool/spa, laundry, recreation areas and rental offices daily upkeep.
Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy and respond to tenant requests within 24 hours.
Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and document status of vacant units.
