Job summary

JES Holdings’ Fairway Management division is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for Red Oak and Hampton Court properties in Hampton, GA. Schedule: Full Time, 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

You will perform drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance, troubleshoot systems, complete daily resident work orders, and participate in HUD/LIHTC training. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be willing to assist neighboring properties and travel for trainings.
