Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our Hudson Ridge team in Port Richey, FL.

This full-time role supports multi-family residential communities with a can-do attitude and a focus on quality repairs and curb appeal. Responsibilities include daily property maintenance, preparing vacants for occupancy, managing service requests, and upholding OSHA and environmental standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; industry courses preferred.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance/grounds experience in a multi-family property.
• EPA Section 608 Type I & II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Own basic tools as allowed by state laws.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain OSHA and Clean Air Act compliance.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• On-call duties and occasional overtime.

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, full-time Maintenance Technician 1 with a can-do attitude to join our growing Maintenance Operations team! Our Maintenance Tech 1 will support Hudson Ridge, a multi-family residential community in Port Richey, FL.

Position: Maintenance Technician 1
Location: Hudson Ridge, Port Richey, FL 34668
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, 40-hour work week, with on-call and weekend shifts as required

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a multi-family community, handling service requests, make-readies, curb appeal, etc.
• EPA I & II or EPA Universal is required for this position. If you have the right skills, experience, and drive but don’t have your EPA, we may consider hiring you and sponsoring your EPA certification within your first 75 days on the job!
• Valid/active Driver’s License required

Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper
• Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Skills & Certifications:

• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
