Qualifications

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience in multifamily or similar setting.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and lift heavy objects.
• HVAC/EPA certification is a plus.
• On-call duty rotation required and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property maintenance operations and preventative tasks.
• Perform general repairs to appliances, electrical, plumbing as needed.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants with a welcoming space.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
