Fortis Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance team across the assigned community. You will assist the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the property and meet service standards.

Role requires knowledge of HVAC systems and basic repairs, with a focus on resident service, safety, and timely completion of work orders. Training and growth opportunities are provided to advance within the Fortis family.

Qualificações

• 2 years of property maintenance experience or related field.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred.
• Must have own tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in maintaining the community and units to meet goals.
• Complete work orders promptly and ensure quality workmanship.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and staff.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to Fortis policies.
• Attend required training and participate in on-going maintenance tasks.
