You will handle repairs, supervision of on-site tasks, and on-call duties while adhering to company policies and safety standards. A strong maintenance background and EPA/CPO certifications are preferred.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. In this role, you will work closely with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily property upkeep and ensure a high-quality living environment for our residents.

You assist in your community's goal to effectively and efficiently lease the property, while also promoting excellence in resident care and service. You work alongside a team of leasing agents in the office and maintenance technicians, groundskeepers, and a maintenance supervisor on your property, all under the direction of your property/community manager.
