Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Webster, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs while maintaining the property and common areas. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and assist in turnover tasks to ensure unit readiness within 3–5 business days.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, inventory of tools, and clear communication with residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, obtain within 90 days of start date.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and appliances.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas, monitor exterior building issues, and assist in safety programs.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Communicate clearly with residents and work cooperatively in a team.
