Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC/AC experience required.
• Strong skills in carpentry, tile work, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns (make-readies) to prep homes for new residents.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC systems.
• Handle carpentry, tile work, and general maintenance projects.
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Help maintain safety and quality of the community.
