• Maintain common areas to ensure attractive, safe environments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and prolong lifespan.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and infrastructure to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment. This role includes performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and coordinating with external contractors as needed.

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, snow removal and painting
• Manage landscaping and snow removal vendors to ensure an attractive and safe exterior environment
• Maintain common areas to ensure an attractive and safe environment
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure and ensure longevity
• Manage and perform minor repairs to facility structures, including walls, floors, and ceilings, as well as appliances
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems, machinery, and equipment. Execute repairs promptly to
• Minimize disruption to facility operations
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance
• Monitor and adjust building systems, such as HVAC and lighting, to optimize energy efficiency and comfort
