Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our A+ team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and ensuring excellent curb appeal of our apartment homes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Offering competitive benefits, including paid vacation and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience required.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with maintenance and organization of materials.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks completed.
• Be available for weekend and on-call duties.
