Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its A+ team. The ideal candidate will perform general maintenance tasks, ensure the quality of apartment homes, and respond to service requests under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

This role requires 3-4 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position offers a competitive benefits package including commissions, paid leave, and insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Sufficient knowledge to complete maintenance assessments.
• Education requirements must be fulfilled within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services.
• Carry out maintenance aspects in the Supervisor's absence.
• Complete all service requests according to company standards.
