KPM Property Management is seeking a reliable Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Phoenix. You will perform a variety of tasks to keep our properties safe, functional, and appealing, with a hands-on approach and strong resident service focus.

The role requires problem-solving, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or with the team across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform tasks independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and on‑call as required.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Responsibilities
