Job summary

KPM Property Management, LLC is seeking a reliable Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This hands-on role ensures the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our residential properties while delivering excellent resident service.

You will perform routine repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting; respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; assist with apartment turnover; conduct inspections and preventive maintenance; maintain tools and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in multifamily maintenance or similar field preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance tasks independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Assist with apartment turnover and make-ready processes.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Maintain maintenance tools and inventory materials.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure property standards are upheld.
