Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance or similar field preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform tasks independently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on‑call shifts.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

KPM is looking for a reliable and skilled Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our multifamily residential properties. This role requires a hands‑on approach, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent resident service.
