KPM is looking for a dedicated HVAC Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential properties in the Town of Texas, Wisconsin. This full-time position involves performing various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC repairs.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, technical certifications are a plus, and have 1-3 years of relevant experience. The job offers health benefits, excellent PTO, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in general maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to perform repairs independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of property facilities and equipment.
