Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a maintenance technician and at least 1 year in facilities management.
• Ability to manage a team and make sound decisions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop facilities team for the community.
• Complete resident work and service orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in preventative maintenance programming.
• Support and organize resident events.
