Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the facilities team at one of our luxury apartment communities in Columbus, OH. You will oversee maintenance staff, manage work orders, and collaborate with tenants to ensure a high-quality living environment.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and supporting resident events while maintaining safety and service standards. This role requires HVAC certification, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification (EPA 608) and OSHA 10 required.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Experience leading a maintenance team in an urban multi-family property.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles.
• Strong customer service, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-focused with ability to follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance technicians and groundskeepers and prioritizes work orders.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotating basis.
• Develops team member skills in appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting.
• Creates and executes preventative maintenance programs.
• Manages vendor relationships and capital projects.
• Supports resident events and maintains customer satisfaction scores.
