Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company that oversees more than 80,000 apartments nationwide. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team at 1824 Defoor and uphold property integrity.

Responsibilities include inspections, making-ready coordination, timely work orders, and delivering professional resident and vendor interactions. Perks include competitive pay with bonuses, PTO, holidays, benefits, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Education
