Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking skilled maintenance leaders to guide the maintenance team and preserve property integrity. You will supervise staff, inspect properties, and ensure timely completion of service requests while maintaining safe operations.

The role requires EPA HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication. A college degree is a plus, with a benefits package including insurance, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC certified.
• Valid Driver's license is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; weekends may be required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service by treating residents, staff and vendors professionally.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Preventative maintenance tasks.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
