Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Tigard, Oregon is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our multifamily Shenandoah property to ensure quality move-ins and resident satisfaction.

You will handle a range of tasks from painting and repairs to plumbing, HVAC, electrical and safety compliance, and you may be on-call for emergencies.

A high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, and EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, plus a valid driver's license, are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• EPA 608 Type II certification and/or CPO certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Completes resident service requests promptly.
• Maintains grounds, pools, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Ensures compliance with state, local, and federal housing laws and codes.
