Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, 1-2 years in supervision, and relevant certifications, with on-call duties and a weekend/night rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal).
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied).
• Knowledge of OneSite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and higher level maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Be available for on-call work, including weekends and nights (on-call bonus mentioned).
• Participate in preventative maintenance, pool care, exterior lighting, and apartment inspections.
• Keep work area clean and inventory all supplies and equipment.
