Job summary

Barrett & Stokely Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our properties. You will schedule preventive maintenance, manage a team, and ensure timely responses to resident requests, including after-hours emergencies.

A strong focus on safety and quality will drive daily activities. The role requires a minimum of five years in maintenance, two years in supervision, and an EPA certification with CAMT/CPO preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience supervising others preferred.
• EPA certification required; CAMT and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall maintenance operations for the property and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
