• Ability to respond to emergencies 24x7 as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services for a 132-unit community.
• Evaluate and inspect property for short- and long-term needs.
• Work with onsite management and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Offer guidance and training to maintenance staff.
• Respond to occupied maintenance requests including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis as scheduled.
