Job summary

Zinger Property Group in Jonesboro, GA is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community. The role requires strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades to manage a 132-unit property.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and respond to emergencies, with base pay plus a 20% yearly bonus potential. This is an on-site position in Jonesboro, GA.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services for a 132-unit community

• Work with onsite management and independent contractors to ensure work is completed professionally and timely
• Offer guidance and training to maintenance staff
• Respond to occupied maintenance requests including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis as scheduled
