Job summary

Zinger Property Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our 132-unit apartment community in Jonesboro. The ideal candidate brings a strong maintenance background across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure high-quality upkeep and tenant satisfaction.

You will work closely with onsite management and independent contractors, supervise maintenance staff, handle emergencies on a 24x7 basis as scheduled, and contribute to short- and long-term improvements across the

• Experience in apartment maintenance or similar settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry basics.
• Proven ability to supervise and train maintenance staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services for a 132-unit community
• Evaluate and inspect property for short- and long-term needs/improvements
• Work with onsite management and independent contractors to assure work is completed in a professional and timely manner
• Offer guidance and training to maintenance staff
• Respond to requests for occupied maintenance duties including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis as scheduled

Must have knowledge in the following areas:

• HVAC
• Basic construction

Experience in the apartment industry helpful, but not required.

• Base pay plus 20% yearly bonus potential.
