Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Hudson on the Greenway in Knoxville, TN.

This hands-on leadership role oversees daily maintenance operations and guides a team to deliver exceptional service while coordinating turns and preventive maintenance. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, mentor staff, enforce safety standards, and maintain a welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance supervision experience in a multifamily setting.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills are required.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required


• EPA Certification Required


• High School diploma or GED
