Job summary

MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across a multifamily community. The role focuses on keeping apartment homes and facilities in top condition and coordinating timely responses to resident service requests.

The ideal candidate has HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal license, and a strong track record in supervising maintenance staff. A valid driver’s license is required for on-site property operations at MAA Point Place.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in multifamily property maintenance or related field.
• HVAC experience required; EPA Type II/Universal license preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years of relevant experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance team to ensure repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment units.
• Respond promptly and courteously to service requests and ensure market-ready apartments to meet leasing demand.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff; may supervise painters and landscaping staff.
