Job summary

Carlisle Residential Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in the Greensboro area to oversee maintenance and repairs for our multi-family properties. The role demands at least two years of property management experience and requires CFC certification with HVAC and plumbing skills.

The ideal candidate will display renovation-project management and strong leadership to train and guide a maintenance team while prioritizing customer service.

Qualifications

• Qualified professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in multi-family housing.
• CFC required; HVAC repairs / troubleshooting and plumbing is also required.
• Renovation-project management and property supervisory experience with strong leadership and can-do attitude are valued.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to train and lead a team with customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repairs on assigned property including grounds, pool, HVAC, appliances, and interiors/exteriors of buildings and outbuildings, and apartment turns.
• Supervise maintenance technicians or contractors; assign work and monitor progress and quality.
• Maintain property shop, tools and equipment; oversee grounds maintenance and landscaping; manage amenities.
• Coordinate with Community Manager; assist scheduling, managing and monitoring contractor work; respond to tenant questions as needed.
