Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance supervisor for Avana South Station in Tukwila, WA. You will oversee daily property upkeep, coordinate vendors, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across the community.

The role requires experience in multifamily maintenance, familiarity with hot water systems and carpentry, and supervision of a small team. Competitive compensation includes housing discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot water heater repair and maintenance.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service.
• Managing outside vendors and following up on warranties by email and phone.
• Develop standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.
• Knowledge of hot water repair and maintenance highly desired.
• Basic carpentry knowledge required.
• Supervising up to 5 employees.
• Assist with developing the budget for regular repair and maintenance and capital expense.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders in a timely manner.
