Job summary

ROUNDHOUSE COMMUNITIES LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems. You will respond to work orders, inspect properties, and ensure safety and code compliance while maintaining curb appeal.

The role requires a minimum of one year in general maintenance, good communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year in general maintenance and repair work.
• Working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand/walk long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond to work orders quickly and complete with high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch maintenance issues early and ensure safety/health code compliance.
• Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds, exteriors, and common areas clean and functional.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors.
• Keep clear records of materials, hours, and completion status.
