Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family properties.
Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance needs.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
Maintain and repair appliances, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
Carry out general carpentry tasks including cabinets and doors.
Ensure exterior grounds upkeep, landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests when on call.
Use Work Order Management system to track tasks to completion and resident satisfaction.
Interact with residents, vendors, and on-site staff professionally.
Maintain on-call availability for urgent maintenance needs.
