Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to ensure property buildings and amenities meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. You will address resident requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support make-ready tasks for vacant units.

Qualifications

• Maintains buildings, grounds, amenities to Greystar standards.
• Performs routine and preventive maintenance per policy.
• Adheres to safety and OSHA-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Track materials, inventory, and re-order supplies as needed.
• Document service requests accurately for record-keeping.
• Support grounds, cleaning, and cosmetic upkeep of common areas.
