Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily communities in top condition in Nampa, ID. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems, respond quickly to work orders, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep properties safe and welcoming.

We value reliability, customer service, and a proactive mindset. This full‑time role includes an on‑call rotation, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in general maintenance and repair work.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO and carpentry.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep, repair, and overall health of the property.
• Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and pools.
• Respond quickly to work orders and finish with high quality.
• Inspect property to catch issues early and ensure safety/compliance.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and functional.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on tasks and purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of work and hours.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and snow removal.
• Stay current with maintenance software and safety procedures.
