Job summary

Simplified Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance across a portfolio of residential properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You will diagnose and complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, fixtures, and appliances within your authorized scope.

Role includes supporting unit turns, preventive maintenance, and property inspections, with clear documentation from initial assessment through repair and closeout.

Qualifications

• Previous hands‑on maintenance or general construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in multifamily housing, residential properties, facilities, construction, or a related environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of common residential repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, fixtures, locks, and appliances.
