Qualifications

EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3+ years in maintenance, facilities, or multi-family housing.
Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple work orders.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, ladders, and varying weather.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and resolve maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, appliances, flooring, stairs, railings, and other building components.
Correct unsafe conditions quickly and safely.
Monitor and report on building and security systems (e.g., automatic doors, cameras).
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units and building systems.
Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts for timely work orders.
Respond to on-call rotations and emergency maintenance situations.
