Qualifications

• EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years in maintenance, facilities, or multi-family housing.
• Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and building systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to safely operate tools and maintenance equipment.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and resolve maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and building components.
• Correct unsafe conditions and hazards quickly and safely.
• Support asset preservation by monitoring and reporting on the condition of building and security systems.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts.
• Respond to on-call rotations and emergencies.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and team members.
• Document completed work and report recurring issues to supervisor.
