Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running safely and efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management promptly.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to improve property maintenance processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times.
• Assist with installing new equipment when required.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours rotations.
