NTS Capital is seeking a Multifamily Service Technician in Louisville to maintain and repair systems across our properties. You will inspect equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to resident requests, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.

Responsibilities

• Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running safely and efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management promptly.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to improve property maintenance processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times.
• Assist with installing new equipment when required.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours rotations.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Service Technician to help keep our multifamily communities running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and get things done, this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties and equipment regularly to find and fix maintenance issues.
• Handle repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep things running safely and efficiently.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Work with the team to improve how we maintain our communities.
• Ensure everything is safe and organized in your workspace.
• Help install new equipment when needed.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours calls as part of a rotation schedule.
