CHARLESGATE is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician in Denver to manage maintenance requests for multifamily properties. The role involves handling repairs, inspections, and custodial tasks while working independently alongside a Maintenance Manager.

Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma, at least 2 years of experience in property management, and skills in plumbing, electrical, and cleaning duties. The position offers $26–29/hr along with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the property management industry is required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform turnover inspections, repairs, and cleaning of vacant apartments as directed.
• Schedule and complete regular preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned.
