Job summary

Charlesgate Property Management is expanding into the Denver market and seeks a bilingual Maintenance Technician for 300 units. The role covers day-to-day maintenance requests, turnover repairs, preventive tasks, and coordination with contractors.

You will join a small team with growth potential as the portfolio expands. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance in a fast-paced environment, a vehicle and basic tools, and HVAC/EPA or Electrical certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Personal vehicle and basic tools required.
• Certifications or licenses in HVAC/EPA and Electrical are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform turnover inspections, repairs, and cleaning of vacant apartments as directed.
• Schedule and complete regular preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned.
• Assist and monitor work performed by outside contractors and vendors.
• Monitor and maintain building systems as directed.
• Complete groundskeeping and landscaping tasks.
• Report any unusual occurrences or property damage to the Maintenance Manager.
