Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Property Management.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must provide own tools where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical condition of new rental units meets company standards.
• Install tile and perform minor sheet rock and drywall repairs.
• Touch-up paint to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
• Patch, repair, or replace carpet as necessary.
• Assist other maintenance team members when required.
• Maintain awareness of property condition and address any unsafe conditions immediately.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and perform minor maintenance or repairs as directed.
• Transfer appliances and equipment from storage to apartments.
• Assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances to the dumpster.
