Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team across our communities. The role focuses on interior and exterior upkeep, safety, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in multi-family maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and ability to manage resources and safety programs. On-site work with regular hours and on-call duties accompany benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I/II and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train and supervise maintenance staff and conduct performance appraisals.
• Maintain community grounds and ensure safe, attractive environment for residents.
• Inspect and repair community facilities; coordinate external vendors as needed.
• Respond to resident repair requests and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Maintain compliance manuals and ensure OSHA safety requirements.
