You will qualify applicants, coordinate paperwork, ensure units are ready for move-in, and deliver outstanding service to residents while supporting occupancy growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects, answer questions about amenities, community, and grounds.
• Highlight quality of the community and the lifestyle of an apartment home to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment and initiate background checks.
