• Coordinate move-in preparation and new resident orientation
• Maintain detailed records in Yardi and follow up with prospects to close leases
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and regulations
• Assist with marketing displays and signage
• Maintain curb appeal and property cleanliness
