Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present apartments, amenities, and community features to prospects.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other channels to convert leads into leases.
• Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and move‑in coordination.
• Support resident retention and renewal efforts through excellent service.
• Maintain lead documentation and lease records in the property management system.

This role focuses on generating traffic, conducting property tours, converting leads into leases, and assisting with resident retention.
