Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Las Vegas is seeking a Leasing Consultant, Multifamily (Floating), to join the onsite management team. You will tour properties, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the leasing process while delivering excellent service.

You’ll manage move-ins, build rapport with residents, and support occupancy goals, rent growth, and retention. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and basic Windows computer skills in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• Ability to use basic computer applications in a Windows environment.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and discuss amenities, community, and grounds.
• Highlight quality and lifestyle to drive leasing activity.
• Qualify prospects and initiate background checks when needed.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver excellent service to residents and support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and office duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
